We are excited to welcome Sarah Palmiero RD, LD, CPT as the new Wellness Administrator. Sarah joins JTS with over 7 years of corporate wellness and employee engagement experience and is a registered and licensed dietitian and a graduate of The Dietetic Internship Program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition, graduating cum laude, at the University of Central Arkansas.
Palmiero will be developing and implementing an overall corporate wellness strategy and program for JTS clients that will focus on the improvement of employee mental, physical, and financial wellness. In addition, she will identify and track key metrics that determine how the wellness program can scale with the growing JTS clientele base over the next 3-5 years.

Previously, Palmiero was the wellness manager with Garver, and a clinical dietitian at the Arkansas Heart Hospital. She has presented on several subjects including creating and managing a corporate wellness program, habits and behavior change, stress management, and an array of nutrition topics.
