JTS provides clients with a dedicated Account Management team that will assist with all benefit-related issues.

Our fully staffed call center is open M-F from 8 am to 5 pm. Each of our Call Center employees are trained on all of the products offered by our groups.
Claims Support & Assistance
When your employees call our customer service line, they won't talk to a machine, they will be connected directly to a trained JTS Customer Service Rep (CSR)
